1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Bois-à-Feu du Nord platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Bois-à-Feu du Nord is a private platform allowing invited members to reserve premium firewood delivered in Côte-Nord, Quebec. Access is exclusively reserved for persons holding a valid invitation code issued by an existing member.
3. Membership and Invitation Codes
Only persons who have received an invitation code from an existing member may register. Each code is single-use and non-transferable. Bois-à-Feu du Nord reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or revoke any account at its sole discretion, without notice or obligation to provide reasons.
4. Reservations and Payments
Reservations require a deposit paid by credit card, processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). Amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The deposit is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation on our part. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Prices may change without notice. We never store your full card number — only a Stripe transaction confirmation token is retained.
5. Loyalty Points Program
The points program rewards members for each completed reservation. Points are informational and have no monetary, legal, or redemption value. Bois-à-Feu du Nord may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
6. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. Bois-à-Feu du Nord cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a failure to meet this obligation.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content (text, graphics, software, trademarks) belongs to Bois-à-Feu du Nord or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bois-à-Feu du Nord shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Côte-Nord, Quebec.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least fifteen (15) days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
